Yes. Your first session with any therapist — up to 30 minutes — is completely free, no payment details needed. After that you pay the therapist's rate, which is shown upfront on their profile.
Rates are set by each therapist and start from a few rupees per minute for chat. You can also book fixed 30-minute or 1-hour sessions at a single price. You'll always see the price before anything starts, and billing stops the moment you end a session.
Tap Wallet → Add Money. Choose ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000 or ₹5000. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and credited instantly.
Yes. Every therapist is manually verified by our team — qualifications, professional registration where applicable, identity documents, and an intro call — before they can appear on the platform.
Yes. Sessions are confidential between you and your therapist. We never sell your data and never use session content for advertising or profiling. Therapists are ethically obliged to act only if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. See our privacy policy for details.
If your employer has enrolled you, just sign in with the phone number HR registered. Your company plan is applied automatically: you pay a small per-minute rate, and the company's credit pool covers the rest. First session is still free.
Yes. Email hello@rightly.co.in and we'll process unused-balance refunds back to your original payment method within a few business days.
For therapists
Apply on our therapists page or inside the app. Tell us about your qualifications, email your RCI certificate and ID, and we'll verify + do a short intro call — usually within 48 hours.
In the app's Availability tab, set per-minute rates for chat and voice, and optionally fixed prices for 30-minute and 1-hour sessions. Update them any time.
Earnings land in your Rightly earnings balance after each paid session — at your rate minus a 25% platform commission. Withdraw to your bank any time (minimum ₹500), processed within 2–3 business days.
Every member gets one free first session — it's what gets people to try therapy. You take the intro session; if the member comes back, you earn from their very next paid session onward. Think of it as a no-pressure consultation that builds your client base.
Yes. Decline any incoming request, and use Online / Chat only / Calls only / Do not disturb / Offline in the Availability tab to control what you receive.
